Open House Sunderland
Open House in Sunderland offers warmth, comfort and shelter to some of the most vulnerable men and women in the area, including people who are homeless, living with addictions, have little or no money, or who have mental health issues.
The drop-in café is run by a team of regular volunteers who prepare and serve a good choice of tasty, free food as well as offering guests a listening ear and some friendly conversation. Volunteers are also a useful source of information, signposting guests to supporting organisations where they can find further help and advice.
