Holy Cross Lunch Clubs
Our Holy Cross Care Home in Ettrick Grove, Sunderland is host to lunch clubs held on Wednesdays and Fridays each week.
The Holy Cross lunch clubs are held in the former convent rooms and are run by teams of dedicated volunteers. The lunch clubs provide a warm welcome for guests from across Sunderland, who, because they are older and often lonely or isolated, benefit from the company and friendly conversation of others.
Each week guests can enjoy a delicious two-course meal together and take part in fun quizzes and activities, which help people get to know each other. Guests who wish to practice their Catholic faith are welcome to attend Mass in the Holy Cross chapel before joining the lunch club.

£3 per person (there is no charge for carers accompanying guests).
