Pace – Northumberland – St Bede’s Open House

Bedlington

St Bede’s Open House

A weekly social activity evening that brings together local people is thriving in Bedlington, providing the ideal meeting place for people who once felt alone and cut off from their community.

Guests meet up at St Bede’s Open House every Tuesday to enjoy each other’s company, join in with lively quizzes, bingo and activities and share a tempting selection of light refreshments.

Thanks to the group of dedicated volunteers running Open House, people are now able to enjoy a more fulfilling life, to socialise and feel part of their community once more.

Because the Catholic parish of St Bede’s is so large and because Open House has proven to be so popular, a similar project is available in Stakeford.
